Crime Classification Manual Part II Chapter 6 D 83
A
STANDARD SYSTEM FOR INVESTIGATING AND CLASSIFYING VIOLENT CRIMES SECOND EDITION
The crime scene
involving Father Tomei had one partial palm print from the confessional booth
that was later confirmed to be Mullin’s. The Gianera crime scene indicated that
the confrontation had occurred in the kitchen, as evidenced by blood splatter
on the table and refrigerator. There was also blood on the wall and stairs
going up to the second floor. It appeared that Gianera, after being shot three times,
ran up the stairs to the bathroom, where his wife was killed.
