SYSTEM FOR INVESTIGATING AND CLASSIFYING VIOLENT CRIMES SECOND EDITION
Watkins stood
facing into the street by the front window while his father mixed the chemicals,
they would be using that night. They were waiting for the last customers to
leave before starting. Watkins had been standing there about five minutes when
he was suddenly struck in the dead center of the chest by a shot that exited
his upper right back. The mortally wounded man ran about thirty feet along the
front of the store and into an aisle before he fell.
