Crime Classification Manual Part II Chapter 6 G 6
A STANDARD
SYSTEM FOR INVESTIGATING AND CLASSIFYING VIOLENT CRIMES SECOND EDITION
This crime
scene was typical of the disorganized offender. The assault site, death scene,
and body recovery site were all the same location. The weapon was one of
opportunity: his fists to initially gain control and his arm to strangle the
victim. The attack was a blitz style in which the offender struck Jenny with
enough force to render her unconscious immediately.
