135: ELDER FEMALE SEXUAL HOMICIDE

This classification is used to refer to the homicide of a woman sixty years of age or older where the primary motive of the offender is identified through the sexual behavior at the crime scene. With the majority of these offenders, there is often some form of sexual intercourse.
