A STANDARD
SYSTEM FOR INVESTIGATING AND CLASSIFYING VIOLENT CRIMES SECOND EDITION

offending of blacks against whites occurs more in heterogeneous communities.
White against black offending was found to be virtually non- existent in

blocks of the victim, and with juveniles, half live on the same block. Most
travel to and depart the scene on foot.
