Background

During the last year of his incarceration at California Men’s Colony at San Luis Obispo, Roy Lewis Norris met Lawrence Sigmund Bittaker. As the relationship developed, the two discovered several topics of mutual interest: dominating, torturing, and raping women. They also shared the attitude that with any future sexual assaults on women, they would leave no witnesses.
