Indicators Frequently Noted. The crime scene of a paramilitary extremist group
is usually highly organized. The use of military tactics and MO will be
demonstrated. Knowledge of the group’s MO will be important in examining not
only the crime scene but also all elements of the offense. There will be no
staging because the intent of the killing is to convey a message.
