classified as a muted sadistic rapist, there must be evidence that the victim’s
fear or discomfort, or the fantasy of violence, contributed to the offender’s
sexual arousal (or did not inhibit such arousal) and that the amount of
physical force in the sexual assault did not exceed what was necessary to gain
victim compliance.
