The sexual acts usually are limited to fondling, caressing, kissing, frottage, or oral sex performed on the victim. The victim may be known to the offender, and the relationship between the victim and the offender is usually long term or there have been multiple encounters with the victim. The offenses are usually planned and are not characterized as impulsive. The offenses are not violent, and rarely is there any physical injury to the victim.
