Outcome

The offender, after pleading guilty to the charges, was ordered to avail him- self of psychiatric treatment, which he did. His psychiatric file noted his progress in treatment; between the two offenses he was recommended for volunteer work with the boy scouts. The offender was sentenced ten to twelve years for the index offense.
