Crime Classification Manual Part II Chapter 9 A01
A STANDARD SYSTEM FOR INVESTIGATING AND
CLASSIFYING VIOLENT CRIMES SECOND EDITION
There are
criminal acts that begin as, and sometimes remain, nonlethal crimes. In some of
the crimes, such as burglary, threats, and stalking, there may be no physical
contact, and the victim is not physically injured. However, the psychological
trauma may be great and put the victim in fear for his or her life.
