Threats to deface or damage property. These are directed toward schools, churches and synagogues, abortion clinics, animal research facilities, utility plants, military bases, and nuclear facilities, among others.

Threats to disrupt events. These are made to disrupt municipal functions, political rallies, parades, marches, ceremonies, public events, rock shows, civil rights rallies, and others.
