Threats to kidnap. These are directed to elected or appointed officials, members of their families, dignitaries, prominent individuals, and corporate officials.

Threats to bomb. These are directed toward individuals at all levels, schools, churches and synagogues, abortion clinics, courthouses, government buildings, nuclear facilities, military bases, and casinos, among others.
