A STANDARD SYSTEM FOR INVESTIGATING AND

In cases of
threats against a hospital, for example, the motive can be an angry family
member or a disgruntled former employee. The person issuing the threat is
either an ex-employee or former patient. In a case where a father died

him and we will get you.” An investigation revealed that both brothers had
criminal records for assault and battery.
