319: ABDUCTION RAPE
In this
offense, a person is forcibly moved from one location to another. The rape
occurs at the second location.
Abduction by
nonfamily members is defined in the National Incidence Studies of Missing,
Abducted, Runaway, and Thrown-Away Children (1989) as the coerced and
unauthorized taking of a child into a building, a vehicle, or a distance of
more than twenty feet; the detention of a child for a period of more than one
hour; or the luring of a child for the purpose of committing a crime.
